Anniston, AL – Anniston Museums and Gardens will host its next “Third Thursday” educational program on Wednesday, May 21, at 12 p.m. at the Longleaf Event Center in Anniston.
The program, titled “Third Thursday: Rosemary,” will focus on the history, cultivation, and uses of rosemary. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to grow and propagate the herb while also exploring the Rosemary Synoptic Garden located in front of the Longleaf Event Center.
According to event information released by Anniston Museums and Gardens, the program will also highlight rosemary’s historical significance and practical benefits before concluding with samples of rosemary-inspired dishes.
The event is open to the public, including both Facebook and non-Facebook users. Admission is $10 per person, while Anniston Museums and Gardens members will receive a $5 discount.
