ANNISTON, AL — The City of Anniston has announced that R&B artist Ginuwine will headline the 2026 Anniston Heritage Festival, scheduled for Saturday, June 27, at Zinn Park.
According to event organizers, the free public festival will take place from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the MLK Pavilion in downtown Anniston. The annual event celebrates Juneteenth and is expected to draw thousands of attendees from across the region.
Organizers said Ginuwine, known for a series of R&B hits spanning multiple decades, will serve as the festival’s featured performer. Southern soul artist TK Soul is also scheduled to perform during the event.
The Anniston Heritage Festival has become a longstanding community celebration focused on honoring freedom, culture and unity through music, fellowship and family-friendly activities. Event organizers estimate attendance typically ranges between 5,000 and 8,000 people each year.
Admission to the festival is free.
The City of Anniston is also seeking sponsors for the event. Sponsorship opportunities include Gold, Silver and Bronze levels, each offering varying promotional benefits and VIP ticket packages.
The festival will be held at Zinn Park’s MLK Pavilion, located at 114 W. 14th Street in Anniston.
