Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public’s Help in Property Crime Investigation

Calhoun County, AL – The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating recent property crimes and is calling on the public for help. By encouraging community involvement, the Sheriff’s Office hopes to improve public safety and hold those accountable for these criminal activities.

Property Crime: Deputies responded to a property on Brookview Drive in reference to a possible property theft. The resident stated that he was in the process of moving and was not at the property when his doorbell camera captured a Hispanic male driving a red Chevrolet pickup truck approaching the property before knocking on the front door. After reviewing the footage, the resident checked his property and stated that a number of tools were missing.
