Anniston, AL — The Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama welcomed nonprofit representatives Thursday, Sept. 24, for a Coffee & Connect event highlighting its newly completed Community Partnership Hub at 1701 Henry Road in Anniston.
The event gave attendees an opportunity to see the renovated facility and learn about leasing opportunities designed specifically for nonprofit organizations seeking office and operational space.
The Community Partnership Hub provides customizable workspaces that can be adapted to meet the needs of individual organizations. Nonprofits leasing space will also have access to storage options and the opportunity to work alongside other organizations serving communities throughout the region.
The concept is intended to provide nonprofits with functional office space while creating an environment where organizations with similar community-focused missions can work in close proximity and potentially build connections with one another.
The renovated spaces include areas that can accommodate offices, staff workspaces and client meetings. Organizations renting space at the Community Foundation will also receive free use of the facility’s meeting hall.
Rental rates are expected to vary based on an organization’s 990 status, with final pricing determined in consultation with Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama administration.
Nonprofit organizations interested in learning more about available space or leasing opportunities can contact the Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama at 256-231-5160, extension 18, or visit CFNEA.org.
