  • Pistol Permit Support Resolution – The Sheriff of Calhoun County, Matthew Wade, has requested a formal resolution from the Commission in response to the state’s attempt to do away with pistol permits. He is requesting support of second amendment rights to have pistol permits. – Unanimously Approved
  • Sheriff Incentive MOU – The sherif is using direct funds to help recruit and retain employees. – Unanimously Approved
  • Rails to Trails Grant Application Resolution – This is an ADECA grant for $500,000 with a $100,000 match. These funds would be used at the McClellan Horse Trails. There are plans for a general store, more stables, and improvements on the pavilion. This would be the largest project taken on by the commission. – Unanimously Approved
