The Calhoun County Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center is proud to be hosting a Job Shadow Day for County school students on January 31.
This program is available to all Juniors and Seniors that show an interest in a particular job or field of study. The Chamber then works with local business to team up with students to shadow them for a day to see what its really like to work in that field.
Tomorrow’s event will take place at 8:00 am at the Gadsden State Library on the Ayers campus located at 1801 Coleman Rd. in Anniston
The Chamber also offers Job Shadow Day for the students in the City School Districts at a later date. The Chamber hopes to see a lot of participation with this program. If you have any questions please contact your child’s school or the Calhoun Chamber of Commerce at 256-237-3536.
