The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for Calhoun County, Alabama. Residents and businesses should monitor a weather radio or weather television station as events begin to unfold.
A strong line of storms capable of producing hail, high winds, and tornado’s is expected to travel through the area. Currently storms are moving at 50 mph.
Tornado Watch – Look towards the sky and monitor – the weather conditions are good for the possibility of tornado production.
Tornado Warning – Take IMMEDIATE cover – Tornadic activity has been identified or a tornado has been visibly observed on the ground.
