Ohatchee, AL – UPDATE 5:37 pm – Be advised that the roadway is back open.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has issued a press release regarding the closing of Boiling Spring Road and Mudd Street in Ohatchee. The release stated:
“At approximately 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division was notified of a two-vehicle crash on Boiling Springs Road near Mudd Street in Calhoun County. All lanes will be shut down for an undetermined amount of time. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible by utilizing alternate routes. ALEA will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.”
