Local Oxford artist to be Featured on MTV

Oxford, AL – Chris Voice Drops a Heart-Wrenching visual to one of its top streaming songs on the EP “Don’t Let Me Go” Premiering on MTV’s “Spankin’ New” Section.

Alabama based singer songwriter Chris Voice, born Christopher Moore, began singing when he was 6 years old. Coming up in his hometown of Hobson City Alabama, Chris took advantage of the Choral Program offered in school and understood early the voice is a muscle that constantly needs to be worked and pushed. Chris Voice was formerly signed with Andre Harrell/ Atlantic Records in with the R&B group Hamilton Park. In 2012, the group released a single called “Thing Called Us” receiving over 2 million YouTube views, Billboard Top 100 placement, National Fame (BET and MTV appearance) and over 2,000,000 streams. The group Hamilton Park took a “Hiatus” giving Chris Voice an opportunity to explore himself musically. In 2017, He founded “PowerHouse Recordings”, a recording studio located in Oxford, AL. where he is the owner, engineer, and only artist on its roster. Authenticity is a key point that Chris Voice stands on. He is a songwriter that loves to express how he feels through music. His most recent body of work titled “Blue Moon” released independently on September of 2020 is putting Chris Voice back on the industry radar.

With the Blue Moon EP coming up on the 2nd Anniversary, Chris Voice Drops a Heart- Wrenching visual to one of its top streaming songs on the EP titled “Don’t Let Me Go”. The visual is set to premiere on MTV’s “Spankin’ New” section starting. The Production was directed and written by Chris Voice, produced by Whymen Grindin, shot and edited by City Visuals, assistant directed by Landon Brooks.
