Montgomery, AL – Governor Ivey has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff to honor Life Saver 4 crew members Marc Gann and Adam Russell, who tragically lost their lives while working to save another. The flags are to be flown at half-staff beginning Monday, April 10 at sunrise and should be raised back to full-staff on Wednesday, April, 12, 2023 at sunset.
