Piedmont, AL – A fugitive from Alabama, Tyler Mitchell Morgan, age 27 from a Piedmont address, was recently captured in Rome distributing methamphetamine.
Reports said that Morgan was taken into custody at the Texaco Station on Turner McCall Boulevard while possessing three bags of meth. He was also found with a set of scales that were contaminated with meth residue.
Morgan stands charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of drug related objects, being a fugitive from justice and three counts of probation violation.
