The Association of County Commissions of Alabama as released the following notice regarding flags being flown at half-staff.
Official Notice
In accordance with the presidential proclamation, Governor Ivey has directed flags to be flown at half-staff immediately to honor the victims of the tragedy in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Flags should be flown at half-staff until sunset on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
