Jacksonville, AL – The SGA is hosting its annual Family Day tailgate this Saturday, Sept. 2, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Dillon Field. Students are encouraged to invite their families to campus for food, games and live music before the Gamecocks face off against East Tennessee State at 1 p.m. More than 1,000 area youth will also be on campus for Band Day to join the Marching Southerners in the stands and on the field at halftime. If there’s a band kid in your life who wants to participate, it’s not too late. While t-shirts are in short supply, they can still sign up through Friday.
