UPDATE: Suspect Paul Henson Arrested and Child located safely

 

Jacksonville, AL – The Jacksonville Police Department has issued a plea to the public for assistance in locating 10-year-old Johnette Henson, who is believed to be in the custody of her father, Paul Henson.

Paul Henson is the subject of a valid warrant for Interference with Custody through the Jacksonville Police Department. The authorities are urging anyone with information about the whereabouts of either Paul or Johnette Henson to come forward immediately.

Those with relevant information are asked to contact the Jacksonville Police Department at 256-435-6448. Alternatively, individuals can reach out to Crimestoppers using the 24-hour tip line at 334-215-STOP (7867) or 1-833-AL1-STOP (7867). The P3 Tips app, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, can also be used for anonymous reporting. It’s crucial for users of the app to save their Tip ID and Password to facilitate any potential follow-up questions from investigators.

A cash reward may be offered for tips leading to the location of Johnette Henson or her father. Anonymity is assured for those who wish to remain unidentified, and they can submit tips by calling CrimeStoppers.

Despite the urgency of the situation, it’s important to note that it does not currently meet the criteria to activate the AMBER Alert system.
