- Mr. Gentry Shows with Arrow Disposal wanted to come and apologize for a miscommunication on his part. The increase of 3% was not to take place until October 1st, 2024. It was mistakenly applied to the July-September bills. The total amount was $1.87. This amount will be credited on the October bill and will resume in January 2025.

- A current vendor has been purchased and is not under the ownership of Vulcan Materials.
- GIS ALDOT Digital Information Agreement – Unanimously Approved
- G-Squared Professional Mapping Services – Task Order #28 Agreement – Unanimously Approved
- The total cost is not to exceed $20,000.
- 2023 Supplemental Legislative Appropriation Grant Resolution – Unanimously Approved
- the Commission has qualified for funding under the FY2023 Supplemental Legislative Appropriations in the amount of $200,000. These monies are to be used on the National Monument Park.
- Commission Meeting Change Resolution – Unanimously Approved
- The commission will not meet on July 11th due to the commissioners attending training. The meeting has been rescheduled for July 25th.

- Public Comments
- Richard Rybka with Coosa Valley River Keepers spoke about the EPA’s plans for Chocolocco Creek and the suggested cleanup. There will be two meetings for the public. On July 20th there will be one in Lincoln and on July 30th there will be one on Oxford. More details will be released.
