Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office Seek Public Assistance in Recent Property Crime Investigations

Calhoun County, AL – The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is actively engaged in investigations related to recent property crimes and is reaching out to the public for assistance. By fostering community involvement, the Sheriff’s Office aims to enhance public safety and bring those responsible for criminal activities to justice.

 

Incident 1: Sometime during the evening of 6/28/24, a black Toyota Tacoma was broken into in the parking lot of Jacks in Alexandria. A briefcase containing rare coins was stolen.

Incident 2: Sometime between 5/20/24 and 7/11/24, a storage unit was broken into on Hwy 431 in Wellington. A couch, a washer and dryer, and 2 headboards were stolen.

Incident 3: Sometime between 6/16/24 and 7/16/24, a black wrought iron swing bench was stolen from Christ’s Church on Roy Webb Road in Piedmont.
