    • Property Assessment Proposal Agreement – Bill Whittaker – Unanimously Approved
      • Terms of the proposato conduct up to five initial assessments at a cost not to exceed $7,000 each, and that any additional or future work to be performed under the terms of the proposal over and above the intial five assessments shall by by mutal agreement of the County Administrator and Architect..
    • Section 5307 Urbanized Transportation Program Resolution – East Alabama Planning Commission – Unanimously Approved
      • The Commision commits the amount of $52,113 as local, non-federal match for operational expenditures for the Section 5307 Transpotation Program for Fiscal Year 2025.
    • Alabama Department of Revenue Reciprocal Exchange Agreement – Unanimously Approved
    • 360 Software Agreement – Unanimously Approved
    • FY2025 Rebuild Alabama Transportation Plan – Unanimously Approved
      • Commissioners thanked County Engineer, Rodney McCain, for his preparation  in this plan as $5,000,000.00 in paving projects takes a lot of planning from him and the Highway Department.
    • Jail Detention Equipment Service Agreement – Willo Product Company – Unanimously Approved

  • Public Comments
    • Jakob Williamson w/ the Chamber announced that the Military & Security Affairs appreciation luncheon will be Thursday, August 22 at the Anniston meeting center.
    • Doris Bolton w/ DHR announced the Job Fair they are hosting will be August 14th and is open to the public.
    • Dr. David West announced a tree maintenance workshop will be held in September in the Administration building. This workship is open to everyone.
