MURRAY, Ky. — Playing in the Grind Session Showcase at Murray State University, Louisville Male overcame Jayden Lewis’ 21 points to beat Oxford 52-48.
Oxford also got 14 points from Jaylen Alexander and 12 from Marcus Perry, Jr.
The Grind Session, a winter circuit of high school basketball events featuring top boys and girls hoops prospects from across the U.S and Canada, is hosting a four-day showcase at Murray State’s CFSB Center and Calloway High School’s Jeffrey Gymnasium, from Thursday through Saturday.
A.J. Dybantsa, the top-rated prospect in the Class of 2025 and presumptive No. 1 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, headlines the field. The 6-foot-9 forward plays for Utah Prep, one of 35 boys teams participating.
The Grind Session event in Murray will feature 40 teams from 17 states and Canada, 36 games, and 10 ESPN Top 50-rated prospects.
FAITH CHRISTIAN 71, GAYLESVILLE 45: Parker Robertson hit three 3-pointers and led Faith Christian with 19 points.
Colin Anderson hit a team-high five 3-pointers and finished with 18 points, and Colton Reese contributed eight points.
Gaylesville’s John Henden scored a game-high 22 points, and Caden Angle added 11.

FAITH CHRISTIAN 41, GAYLESVILLE 12: Anna Kate Robertson paced Faith Christian with 13 points, and the Lions got 10 apiece from Emma Shaw and Serenity Pate.
Jessa Swafford led Gaylesville with four points.
