Oxford, AL — On Thursday, December 21, at 10 a.m., Wynika Hendrix’s office at 1709 Hillyer Robinson Parkway, Suite D, will transform into a festive wonderland for the culmination of her annual toy drive. The event, open to children aged 12 and under, promises holiday excitement, including appearances by the Grinch and Paw Patrol, lively music from a DJ, and community support from the Oxford Fire and Police Departments.
Each child present will receive one toy, while supplies last, creating lasting memories for families. Hendrix emphasized the spirit of the season, saying, “We want this to be more than just picking up a toy—we want it to feel like the North Pole.”
This marks the fifth year of Hendrix’s toy drive, an initiative sponsored by Country Financial. Reflecting on her inspiration, Hendrix shared, “Growing up, I understood what it’s like to not have the best of everything. That’s why my heart is always humbled, and I want to give back.”
With a mission to spread joy and hope, Hendrix’s event embodies the true meaning of the holidays, offering local children a magical experience they’ll cherish for years to come.
