Jacksonville, AL – The Calhoun County Area Chamber & Visitors Center, in partnership with EASTMAN and Jacksonville State University’s College of Business & Industry, will host the 23rd Annual Economic Forum on Friday, February 28, at Merrill Hall. The event, designed to provide insights into economic trends and financial outlooks, will run from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
Attendees can arrive early, as refreshments will be served at 7:30 AM. The program officially begins at 8:00 AM and will feature a keynote address by Anoop Mishra, Vice President and Regional Executive of the Federal Reserve Bank. Additionally, Dr. Mark Hearn of Jacksonville State University, in conjunction with JSU’s Center for Economic Development and Business Research, will lead the presentation.
The forum serves as an opportunity for business professionals, community leaders, and local stakeholders to engage in discussions about economic forecasts and business strategies. The event is free for Chamber members, while non-members can attend for $15.
