Anniston, AL — The Public Library of Anniston–Calhoun County will welcome the Anniston Museum of Natural History for a special live animal show on Thursday, July 24 at 10:00 a.m. The program will take place at the library, located at 108 E 10th Street in downtown Anniston, and is free and open to the public.
This educational event is designed to engage attendees of all ages with a hands-on learning experience about the natural world. Representatives from the Anniston Museum of Natural History will bring several of their animal ambassadors to introduce participants to a variety of species. During the program, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the animals’ natural habitats, behaviors, and roles in the environment.
The event is part of the library’s ongoing efforts to offer engaging summer programming that supports science education and community enrichment. It also highlights the museum’s continued outreach in bringing its mission beyond its walls to connect with broader audiences.
Doors will open at 8:30 a.m., with the program beginning promptly at 10:00 a.m. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
