Anniston, AL – The Calhoun County Area Chamber & Visitors Center will host its inaugural State of Our Schools event on Wednesday, September 10, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. in the Chamber Boardroom, located at 1330 Quintard Avenue in Anniston.
Local superintendents will provide annual updates on their school systems, offering insight into progress, challenges, and future priorities for education in Calhoun County. This new initiative is designed to foster transparency and community engagement by giving educators and stakeholders an opportunity to connect directly with the public.
The event is made possible with support from sponsors including Alabama Power, Eastman, Gadsden State Community College, Regions Bank, and Washin’ Coin Laundry.
Community members, educators, and business leaders are encouraged to attend.
