In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that Singleton Excavating Inc. 862 Homestead Trail, Centreville, AL 35042, Contractor, has completed the Contract for Construction of: Water Main Improvements at Clark Road, Calhoun County Water Authority, Calhoun County, Alabama, Owner(s), and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Louie Arvelo, at CDG, 197 East University Drive, Suite #1, Auburn, AL 36830, Engineer.
