The AHSAA Central Board had voted to uphold penalties levied against Jacksonville High School’s football program, including restrictive probation with playoff ban for this season and one-year suspensions for head coach Jeremy Sullivan and volunteer assistant Phileepae Holloway. Statement from Jacksonville principal Jonathan Skinner: “Jacksonville High School is disappointed with the Central Board’s decision to uphold the restrictions imposed by the AHSAA regarding our football program. However, JHS will respectfully comply with the ruling.”
