Oxford, AL – The Alabama Law Enforcement Appreciation Foundation (ALEAF) invites the community to its annual fundraising dinner on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Oxford Civic Center. This event promises an evening of fine dining, camaraderie, and the excitement of door prizes, including a grand prize drawing for $10,000. Attendees do not need to be present to claim the grand prize.
Tickets for the event are priced at $100, which includes dinner for two. An upgraded ticket option, available for $150, includes insurance allowing for a one-time re-entry into the drawing if your numbered ball is drawn. Table sponsorships are also available for $1,000, providing four tickets, eight dinner seats, and table signage.
Guests will enjoy a delectable menu featuring appetizers such as shrimp with cocktail sauce and a charcuterie table. Dinner options include the Southern Station, offering Mississippi pot roast with vegetables, mac and cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes with toppings, and rolls or cornbread, or the Italian Station, featuring Tuscan chicken, oven-roasted vegetables, salad with assorted dressings, and garlic bread or rolls. For dessert, guests can choose from cheesecake, chocolate trifle brownie, or banana pudding.
ALEAF was founded to show appreciation for local law enforcement officers and their service to the community. Proceeds from the fundraiser will support Law Enforcement Appreciation Week, which provides meals, prizes, and fellowship for officers throughout the county. Discounted tickets are available for active-duty law enforcement personnel.
