Oxford’s Hayes Harrison, most valuable player of the state tournament, is East Alabama Sports Today’s choice for Class 4A-6A All-Calhoun County player of the year in baseball. He batted .382 with a .497 on-base percentage and 38 RBIs. On the mound,he was 13-0 with an 0.13 ERA and 82 strikeouts. He was the winning pitcher in the county final, against Alexandria.
