On Saturday, April 16, 2022 the Anniston Museum of Natural History will host Amazing Adaptations: Egg-cellent Eggs from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Join the museum in the Birds of the Americas exhibit hall a they explore the immense variety of eggs from North and South American birds. Discover why shape, color, and size are vital to the survival of our feathered friends through a variety of fun hands-on experiences and examples from the AMNH’s extensive bird collection. This program is included in museum admission and is free for members. At the Anniston Museum of Natural History, come face-to-face with prehistoric predators, go spelunking in a replica Alabama cave, stroll the African savanna, and visit Ptolemaic-era mummies.
