Oxford, AL – On Saturday, February 18th the Oxford Performing Arts Center welcomes a return evening with David Phelps and Chloë Agnew and the Atlanta Pops Orchestra A longtime friend of OPAC and the Atlanta Pops, Chloë Agnew will once again join with David Phelps and bring their remarkable talents back to OPAC. With incredible vocals and unparalleled charm the duo comes together with duets and new songs that will bring the audience to their feet. The Atlanta Pops will create a backdrop of lush musical sounds with the duo; along with their own versions of music yet to come.
