Anniston city Public Information Officer, Jackson Hodges, sent out a press release regarding the upcoming adult sports league. These leagues are sponsored through the city aquatic center and will begin on July 12th.
The weekly schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday – Dodgeball
- Wednesday – Kickball
- Thursday – Basketball
- Saturday – Soccer
- Sunday – Soccer

The Summer heat is turning up, and so is our Parks and Recreation Department! We are excited to announce an Adult Sports League for this Summer!
Gather up your friends, gear up for some competition, and register for any of the following fun Summer sports:
• Basketball
• Dodgeball
• Kickball
• Soccer

Games will begin the week of July 12th at the Anniston PARD Aquatic & Fitness Center (130 Summerall Gate Rd, Anniston, AL 36205)! Thus, be sure to get a team together so you may all have a blast this Summer!
