The Anniston Changers are proud to announce grant opportunities from the City of Anniston Fund. Grant applications focus on residential property repairs that correct a health or safety hazard and may be up to $1,000.

The City of Anniston Fund was established with the Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama and provides charitable grants and expenditures within the corporate city limits of Anniston, Alabama.

The Anniston Changers are a group of volunteers who are passionate about Anniston and its citizens. The Changers partner with community members and organizations to complete monthly service projects throughout Anniston. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for Annistonians, while unifying our communities through their shared desire to see our city prosper.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Individuals that meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for assistance. All 3 requirements must be met.

1. Own a home within the Anniston, AL corporate city limits (refer to city map of corporate city limits, link to map: https://rb.gy/knwmuc);
2. Are either over 60, or mentally or physically disabled, or low income; and
3. Application must be for residential property that you own and occupy as your primary residence.

AREAS OF FUNDING:

• Residential property repairs that correct a health or safety hazard.

GRANT APPLICATION:

• Applications due by August 1, 2021
