Anniston Changers Service Project Set for Woodstock 5K Race Course

Anniston, AL – The City of Anniston invites community members to join the Anniston Changers for a service project on Saturday, July 27, 2024. The event will take place from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM CT, focusing on enhancing the Woodstock 5K Race Course area.

Volunteers will gather in the parking lot of Anniston High School, located at 1301 Woodstock Ave, Anniston, AL 36207. The primary tasks for the day will include mowing properties and picking up litter around the race course.

Participants are encouraged to bring lawnmowers, landscaping tools, and gloves to assist with the cleanup efforts. The event will also provide food, drinks, and opportunities for fellowship to all volunteers.
