  • A list of affected properties was read, including addresses on South Lane Avenue, Gurney Avenue, West 16th Street, Crawford Avenue, Mulberry, McCoy, Lapsley, East Third, Patton, South Christine, Weaver Road, Colman Road, and C Street. Public input was requested for these properties. Updates were provided: arrangements have been made to cut 1017 South Lake Avenue and 812 West 16th Street, with 323 East Third scheduled for next Monday. A new owner will handle 2014 Patton after closing, and 3008 Colman Road will be cut by July 8. – No Comments

  • Councilwoman Harris
    • She commended the Main Street program for the Main Street After Dark Program. She stated there was a large and diverse crowd. She encouraged everyone to come to the next one.
  • Councilman Roberts
    • He echoed the comments of Councilwoman Harris and mentioned concerns about adverse weather possibly impacting the area, urging constituents to stay informed. Expressed gratitude, they thanked staff, leadership, and department heads for their contributions to the city’s operations.

  • Councilman Jenkins – Thanked all for their hard work at the After Dark event. He wished everybody a Happy Fourth and encouraged all to visit the Coldwater Mountain Brewery for fireworks.

• Motion to convene an executive session to discuss with the city’s attorney the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated or imminently likely to be litigated if the governmental body pursues a proposed course of action.
