Anniston First UMC Preparing for the Welcome to the Jungle Pageant

Anniston, AL – On Saturday, July 22nd at 10am the Fabulous Fresh Faces Pageant will hold a Welcome to the Jungle Pageant at Anniston First United Methodist Church.

Fabulous Fresh Faces is proud to announce their Welcome to the Jungle Pageant.

July 22nd in Calhoun County, Alabama. The pageant is Beginner friendly with No Modeling scores. All contestants only have to compete in 2 events to be eligible for supreme titles. Everyone walks away with a crown and sash.

Basic Package $65
($30 deposit, $35 due at door)

Events

Beauty-
Dresses can be natural to semi-glitz. No mega glitz dresses please. Only minimal stones. Tans are allowed but not required. No flippers/fake teeth. Hair pieces should blend well with natural hair. Make-up allowed for all but should complement the contestant. Time limit is 90 seconds.

Wild Wear – Animal print or Safari wear. Glitz attire allowed. Same hair and makeup rules apply. Props should be small, set up and take down less than 60 seconds. Music choices should be set up with the emcee prior to the start of beauty. Time limit is 90 seconds. MANDATORY FOR THOSE WHO ARE COMPETING FOR SUPREME TITLES (supreme package contestants)

Viewers Choice – Contestants will collect votes $1 per vote before the pageant. Bring vote money to the pageant at registration. The contestant with the most amount of votes will win peoples choice.

Photogenic- 1 photo $5 3 photos $10 2 photogenic winners per supreme breakdown
-headshots should have minimal retouching

Titles

ALL contestants will leave with a crown (size is subject to title)

Mega Ultimate Grand Supreme – highest combined beauty and wild wear score of all contestants.

Ultimate Grand Supreme (0-3,4-10,11+) -highest combined beauty and wild wear score of supreme break down

Grand Supreme (0-3,4-10,11+) – second highest combined beauty and wild wear score of supreme breakdown

Divisional Queen – highest combined beauty score of age division

Runner up -3 rd and 2nd highest combined beauty score of age division

Princess – all other in age division who do not pull for a higher title

Rules:

Contestants under the age of 3 must be accompanied at all times (even on stage) by an adult.
Contestants 3 and older go on stage alone (unless otherwise approved by director)
Everyone is welcome to compete, those who have special needs will be accommodated accordingly.
Contestants will not be judged for lack of hair, moles, acne, braces, glasses ect.
Makeup is allowed for all ages but should compliment the contestants natural beauty.
This is a natural pageant, contestants should not have orange tans, light is ok.
No flippers/false teeth
Hair pieces are okay but they should blend with natural hair
No mega glitz dresses, minimal stones only, when in doubt, ask the director
Everyone (excluding contestants) must have a wristband, this includes hair and makeup vendors and coaches. Under 5 are free.
You may not approach the judging table at any time before or during the pageant. Score sheets will be handed out after crowning.
Age divisions and supreme breakdowns are subject to change depending on ages of 60 contestants.
