The project, led by the Housing Development Corporation, a nonprofit arm of the authority, will introduce 11 new units of affordable housing for low-income families in the coming months.

The contract for this development has been awarded to Hurst Construction, which is set to oversee the construction of the 11 new housing units. The anticipated completion date for the project is August 2025.
