ANNISTON, AL — Anniston Museums and Gardens is inviting the public to its monthly Plant Sale on Thursday, July 16, at the Longleaf Botanical Gardens greenhouses.
The sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will feature a variety of plants, including trees, shrubs, native species, tropical plants and more. Proceeds from the event help support the continued growth and development of the Longleaf Botanical Gardens.
According to the event information, the monthly sale takes place on the third Thursday of most months, with no sales scheduled in April or December.
Visitors are encouraged to enter via Museum Drive, pass the Anniston Museum of Natural History and the Berman Museum, then turn left at the Monarch Butterfly to reach the Longleaf Botanical Gardens greenhouses.
The event is open to the public, and organizers encourage gardeners of all experience levels to browse the selection of plants while supporting the botanical gardens.
