Anniston, AL — The Anniston Museums and Gardens invites families to explore the traditions of the Chinese New Year with their engaging monthly program, I Spy! This month’s installment will take place on Saturday, February 3, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Berman Museum, located on Museum Drive in Anniston.
Designed to educate and entertain, I Spy! delves into a new historical topic or figure each month through interactive storytelling, scavenger hunts, and crafts. For February, attendees will learn about the vibrant customs and unique traditions associated with the Chinese, or Lunar, New Year—a celebration steeped in history and culture.
While the program is recommended for children ages 6 to 10, participants of all ages are welcome to join the fun. Pre-registration is encouraged to secure a spot. Admission to I Spy! is included with the price of general museum admission and is free for Anniston Museums and Gardens members.
