ANNISTON, AL – Families and history enthusiasts are invited to a unique educational experience on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, as the Anniston Museums and Gardens presents “I Spy! Sgt. Stubby, the Dog Soldier” at the Berman Museum, located at Museum Drive, Anniston, AL 36206.
Each month, the museum’s I Spy! series introduces children and visitors to historical figures and events through stories, scavenger hunts, and hands-on crafts. This month’s program highlights the incredible story of Sgt. Stubby, a stray dog who became the most decorated animal in American military history.
Recommended for children aged 6 to 10, the event promises an interactive and engaging way to learn about history. However, all ages are welcome to participate.
Pre-registration is encouraged, and the program is included with regular museum admission. Anniston Museums and Gardens members can attend for free.
