Anniston Police Department Launches Thanksgiving Food Drive to Support Community

APD FoodDrive

Anniston, AL – The Anniston Police Department (APD) is reaching out to the community for support as they work to ensure that everyone in Anniston has a fulfilling Thanksgiving meal. With the holiday season approaching, the APD is asking residents to donate non-perishable food items to help families in need.

The deadline for drop-offs is November 25, and donations can be made at two locations: 174 W 13th St., Anniston, AL 36201, and the APD’s front lobby. Community members are encouraged to bring items such as canned goods, pasta, rice, boxed stuffing, and other shelf-stable foods that will help create hearty Thanksgiving meals.
