Anniston, AL – The Anniston Public Library is set to host “Master of Memory,” an educational series designed to help older adults better understand and improve their memory. The first session will take place on Wednesday, February 12, from 1-2 p.m. at the library, located at 108 E. 10th St., Anniston, AL 36201.
Led by Regina Meadows of the Alabama Cooperative Extension System (ACES), this six-lesson series will explore how memory functions, strategies for enhancing recall, and factors in daily life that may impact memory. The sessions will continue into March, providing participants with practical techniques to maintain cognitive health.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to earn three rewards throughout the program, encouraging engagement and participation.
