Anniston, AL – Congratulations to Anniston’s very own Community Development Department for winning the John A. Sasso Community Development Week Award at the 54th Annual National Community Development Association (NCDA) Conference.
In early April 2023 the city’s Community Development Department celebrated the impact their programs have in the city of Anniston. From repairing homes, to building new housing, to assisting with new public facilities, the city stated they have learned so much about the great works the Community Development team has accomplished throughout Anniston.
TheCommunity Development Department is headed by Coordinator, Alisa James, and
the Program Specialist, Nikita Wood. Congratulations again to these wonderful public servants for their awesome accomplishment.
