Anniston, AL – The City of Anniston is inviting the community to celebrate Arbor Day with their annual Free Tree Give-Away on Thursday, February 13, 2025. This popular event is made possible through the generous support of Alabama Power and is a great opportunity for residents to contribute to a greener Anniston.
The event will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM CT at the Anniston City Market, located at 126 West 11th St. in Anniston, AL. Attendees are encouraged to come pick up a free tree and help the city in its ongoing efforts to enhance the local environment.
“We’re thrilled to continue this tradition and offer our residents the chance to plant trees that will contribute to a healthier and more beautiful community,” said Doug Gaddy, organizer of the event.
