May 2, 2023 Anniston, AL – The Noble Street Festival & Sunny King Criterium returns on May 6, 2023 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Join the City of Anniston for live music, food trucks, professional USA Cycling races, the free Sunny King KidZone, and more exciting attractions. Main Street Anniston’s Noble Street Festival is a large-scale, community event that anticipates bringing together nearly 7,500-10,000 attendees from all over the state of Alabama!

STREET CLOSURES:
Street Closures for the Noble Street Festival & Sunny King Criterium that will be taking place at midnight on Saturday, May 6, 2023, and lasting until midnight on Sunday, May 7, 2023.
The following streets will be closed during this time frame:

Noble Street from 9th Street to 12th Street.

Wilmer Avenue from 9th Street to 12th Street.

Moore Avenue from 12th Street to 11th Street.

Gurnee Avenue from 10th Street to 11th Street.

10th Street from Gurnee Avenue to Noble Street.
-
12th Street from Moore Avenue to Wilmer Avenue.
-
Intersection of 10th Street & Moore Avenue.
Any vehicles left within the closed areas WILL BE TOWED. Thus, please ensure you do not leave your car within the festival footprint area.
PRO-RACES, KIDS RACES & ENTERTAINMENT
Amateur races will begin at 9:00 AM and professional races will kick-off at 5:20 PM. Those with children may register them for the YMCA bike races or Mad Dash Foot Race by completing the form linked here: https://bit.ly/3HEDNTL. Music and shows will occur all throughout the day, a live animal show starts at 11:00 AM, and music headliner Hunter Chastain takes the stage at 5:00 PM.
FOOD TRUCKS AND VENDORS:
This year’s festival has 18 food trucks (most ever) and many vendors! For a full list of those participating, please see the images below or the attached.
DOWNTOWN ANNISTON ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT:
The Downtown Anniston Arts & Entertainment District is now in effect! Individuals may now purchase beverages form participating establishments, marked with Main Street Anniston Signage, and carry those drinks, in the establishment’s opaque containers, throughout the district (marked in yellow).
