Anniston, AL – On Thursday, March 9th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm CAST Theatre presents Into The Breeches at the JSU McClellan Theater. It’s 1942, and there’s a problem at the Oberon Playhouse! With the leading men off at war, it looks like the season will have to be cancelled. That is, until a determined group of ladies rally “the troops” at home to mount an all-female Shakespearean production. United by blood, tears and determination, an unexpected team comes together and helps the show go on! This delightful and moving backstage comedy examines the power of art bringing us together, as a light in the darkest of times.
