Calhoun County Student Among Those Inspired to Lead at Alfa Youth Leadership Conference

Calhoun County students Miller Spencer and John Whisenant attended the Alfa Youth Leadership Conference Nov. 4-5 at the Alabama 4-H Center in Columbiana. The conference teaches students how to advocate for agriculture, identify their potential and step into leadership roles. The event is for 9th and 10th graders. Sponsors are Alabama Farmers Federation, Calhoun County Farmers Federation, Alabama Ag Credit and Alabama Farm Credit.
