LeCroy answers friend Wells’ good-natured challenge with a tournament-low 67 in final round to win Trail Championship, bag third win of 2025 Calhoun County Tour.

SILVER LAKES — Jacob LeCroy’s sometimes scramble teammate poked the bear coming into Sunday’s final round of the RTJ-Trail Championship.

The bear poked back.

LeCroy shot the tournament’s best round Sunday, a 5-under-par 67, and finished 8-under 136 to bag his third win on the 2025 Calhoun County Golf Tour.

He beat sometimes partner and first-round leader Tanner Wells by three strokes, and reigning Tour player of the year and points leader Gary Wigington tied with Brennan Clay for third, four strokes off the pace.
