This local initiative, part of a national organization, not only brings festive joy to the community but also contributes to a significant cause. The Christmas tree sale, open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm under the tent at 2885 Choccolocco Road, Anniston, AL, 36307, promises to be a heartwarming experience for all who participate. Cornerstone Church welcomes everyone to be part of this heartwarming event.
“Buy A Tree. Change A Life.” is a 501(c)3 non-profit founded in 2012, with a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children, both globally and locally. Anniston proudly joins the ranks of 68 locations in 21 states, showcasing the nationwide support for this impactful initiative.
The essence of the project lies in its annual Christmas tree sale, where 100% of the proceeds directly support children through partnerships with organizations like People for Care and Learning, as well as local community initiatives. Since its inception in 2012, this initiative has raised an impressive $7,847,104, contributing to programs addressing critical needs such as education, healthcare, and overall well-being.
Under the tent at Cornerstone Church, families and individuals are invited to select and purchase beautifully adorned Christmas trees. Beyond the joy these trees bring into homes, each purchase contributes to a movement that extends compassion and assistance to those in need.
