Anniston, AL – The Public Library of Anniston and Calhoun County is bringing a fun and interactive theater experience to downtown Anniston this summer. On Thursday, June 12 at 10:00 a.m., the library will host C.A.S.T. Presents: Shrek The Musical Sing-a-Long, a special event featuring a live performance and audience participation.
Held at the library’s main branch at 108 E 10th Street, this event will showcase a lively scene from Shrek The Musical, performed by members of C.A.S.T. Theatre. After the scene, cast members will teach attendees the choreography, giving children and families the chance to sing, dance, and move along with the characters from the beloved production.
The event is part of the library’s summer programming aimed at promoting literacy, creativity, and community involvement. All ages are welcome, and no prior dance or theater experience is required.
