Calhoun County, AL – The Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce is set to host the 2024 Pitch Competition on October 1st from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Oxford Civic Center. This innovative event aims to support local small businesses by providing a platform to compete for cash prizes to help grow their enterprises.
The competition is open to businesses with an annual profit of $250,000 or less. From the pool of applications, six finalists will be selected to present their business pitches live to both a judging panel and an audience. The top three businesses will win cash prizes to support their growth.
The event provides a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to showcase their ideas, gain exposure, and receive valuable feedback from industry professionals. Attendees will not only witness the live competition but will also have the chance to engage with the finalists and learn more about their business ventures.
