        • Mr. Turner spoke to let the Commission know he was working on getting the yard cleaned.

        • Dunn’s Heating and Air was the sol bidder at $12,500.
      • Ford Police Utility Interceptor AWD – Unanimously Approved
        • All bids were rejected as the Sheriff’s Office has decided to go a different direction.
    • ALDOR Tobacco Tax Collection Resolution – Unanimously Approved
      • Changing to the Alabama Department of Revue effective July 1st.
    • Beaver Control Agreement Modification – Unanimously Approved
      • USDA payment in the amount go $3,000.
    • Employee Contract Modification – EMA Director – Unanimously Approved
      • Contract extended for three years.
    • Board Appointment – Economic Development Council – Unanimously Approved
      • Phil Webb reappointed.
  • Public Comments
    • Audrey Maxwell with the Calhoun Chamber discussed several past events such as the race weekend and the ground breaking for Ladiga Landing and the Ladiga Extension as well as upcoming events for Calhoun County.
    • Terry Howell mentioned the recent Weaver Cleanup Day that was very successful.
