Calhoun County, AL – The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating recent property crimes and is calling on the public for help. By encouraging community involvement, the Sheriff’s Office hopes to improve public safety and hold those accountable for these criminal activities.
Incident 1: Sometime between April 20, 2025, and May 2, 2205, a concrete mixer, filing cabinets, chairs, a toolbox, a metal plow, and 2 riding lawn mowers were stolen from a residence on Macon Johnson Drive in Jacksonville.
Incident 2: Sometime around May 13, 2025, someone damaged several pieces of equipment belonging to the Forestry Commission in the area of BainsGap Road in Anniston.
